The women who checked me in was very helpful. Room was attractive.

I did not feel safe.

There was a feeling of lack of safety. The people around the outside were not regular coming and going travelers. I was changed from an outside room to an inside room and appreciated that. The continental breakfast was barely adequate. Coffee was like water. The pool was not usable at 9 in the morning.

Great customer service.

Did not like staying in the rear of the hotel.

My over all stay with the Clarion was good. I have only one complaint. Did not like the rear location of the room - would have perferred to be indoors.

On the street of a very busy highway.

Requested non smoking, but don't get it. Truck drivers stay at the hotel and they park in the outside rooms which is what I always get and it is very loud at 3 am when they get on the road.

Location and price.

Did not like the bedding/pillows and carpets seemed old/dusty.

The room size and amenities were fine. The linens just seemed very old and not comfortable pillows. The people were helpful.
